What I'm known for
- Cutting through ambiguity in enterprise environments — turning messy, cross-BU processes into clear roadmaps and PRDs
- Owning products 0→1, from stakeholder validation through launch and iteration, not just managing what already exists
- Tying product decisions directly to business outcomes — revenue, adoption, efficiency — not just shipped features
- Leading cross-functional teams of BAs, engineers, and architects to deliver at enterprise scale, across BUs and geographies

AI-powered application-review intelligence — designed, built, and shipped solo in a single day.
An AI-powered customer-insights product that converts high-volume user reviews into structured product signals for prioritization. Built an LLM pipeline using GPT-4o-mini to classify reviews by sentiment, urgency, and issue category, with automated daily digests surfacing emerging issues and trends — the same kind of signal-from-noise problem I solve for enterprise product teams, applied to a live, public product.
- LLM-based classification pipeline for sentiment, urgency & issue category
- Automated daily digests to surface emerging trends before they become escalations
- Shipped end-to-end — workflow design, implementation, and deployment — in one day
